Shipping:
Products are shipped via UPS and USPS, depending on size and volume. When checking out, you can indicate if you have a preferred method of shipment. Shipping is calculated by weight, and we do our best to keep the costs as reasonable as possible. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. Shipments are insured with all designated carriers.
Returns and Exchanges:
Swedish Country Interiors accepts items for return or exchange with 15 days of purchase with receipt and transaction number. Please contact us within the designated period of time to process a return. Customer pays return shipping costs.
If an item has broken during shipment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can file a claim with the shipping provider. All shipments are insured 100%.
Privacy:
We take your online privacy and personal information very seriously. It will not be shared with or distributed to a third party for any reason.
Payments are made though fast and secure Stripe Checkout, and your personal information will only be used for transaction purposes. Here is a link to Stripe's privacy policy, which also holds the safety and security of its customers in highest regard.
